  1. How do I place an order?
    • Register with us
    • Proceed to log in with your email address and password
    • Select the items and add to cart
    • To complete the ordering process, check out to confirm your orders and select shipping option
    • Make payment via PayPal, banking transfers or credit card
    • Final invoice will be sent to you through your email



  2. What are the sources for the products?
    Majority of the products are sourced from local distributors.


  3. Do your prices include mailing charges?
    Yes, retail prices are inclusive of local mail charges. Registered mail will require an additional $2.24.


  4. Will I be able to self collect?
    Yes. Upon checking out, you can select the self collection option instead of mail. Collection will be @ China Square Central #02-27.


  5. Can I pre-order items that are discontinued?
    The term "Discontinued" refers to the cease of production for the particular item, hence there can be no orders made.


  6. If my order consists of a mixture of in stock items and pre order items, can I have those in stocks to be sent to me first?
    Yes, the items in stock will be sent to you first by default, unless otherwise advised.


  7. How long do I have to wait for my pre-orders and how will I be informed of the shipment arrival?
    Typically shipment takes about 3 weeks to a month. You will be notified via email when your pre ordered items have been sent out.


  8. Can I reserve this item and pick it up from the store?
    We do not accept reservations; only paid orders will be processed.


  9. Do you provide bubble wrap?
    All items to be mailed will be securely bubble wrapped.


  10. An item broke during transit, can you replace it?
    Sorry for the unpleasant experience. Please be assured that we have taken the best measures to package your order. However, no replacements will be made for this instance. We thank you for your utmost understanding.


  11. Does Nail Vibe provide delivery services?
    Delivery services will be outsourced to a local courier service and charges will be advised accordingly, depending on the location.


  12. Can I request for your wholesale price list?
    Nail Vibe SG is a retailer and do not specialise in wholesale of products. However, we are willing to make provisions for discounts if you meet a minimum purchase requirement of 50 items per order. For more information, please email nail@vibe.com.sg.


  13. Why are the serial numbers scratched off and barcodes peeled off for some of the nail lacquers?
    This circumstance only applies to lacquers from The Big O. These lacquers are genuine products obtained from secured sources. The serial numbers and barcodes have been removed to protect the interests of our suppliers.


  14. Why is the brand named The Big O?
    The most favourable lacquer brand has prevented our company from mentioning its brand name on our site, hence this will be the acronym.


  15. What happens if I have already made payment via paypal for orders less than $50?
    The payment will be refunded and your order will be cancelled. You will be notified via email about the transaction.


  16. I would like to make payment using PayPal, why does the system only prompt me for bank wire?
    The total purchase order have to be above $50 for usage of PayPal payment services.


  17. What does bank wire mean?
    Bank wire means banking transfer via POSB, UOB or OCBC.

  18. Why is there a surcharge of 20 cents when Normal Local Mail is selected?
    The surcharge of 20 cents is levied upon customers for payment of COP (Certificate of Posting).
    With the COP, it is evident that your parcel has been sent out.



  19. Why is my order cancelled?
    Every order will be held for 48 hours while awaiting for bank payment, after which will be automatically cancelled.
