A :: Email me at sales@nailvibe.com with your list or Fill in the Order Form at the end of each page.
Email is preferred.

A :: Please utilise the Lacquer Engine Search function on the right hand column of the page to check for what you need. Nail Vibe SG carries all colors listed in the site and colors that you are not able to search for are either discontinued or not carried by Nail Vibe SG.

Q :: Can I pre-order items that are discontinued?
A :: No. Definition of ‘discontinued’ means that the item will not be produced anymore by the respective lacquer company.

A :: No. Please find more information on mailing charges here.

Q :: Can we do meet ups?
A :: Absolutely Not. My schedule is extremely packed, zero leeway for coordination.

Q :: How do I know which color is in stock? Can I find any online inventory?
A :: I’m still working hard to provide you with an online inventory system. At the current moment, we do not have enough resources to do so as inventory level changes every minute with all your consistent orders =)

Q :: How do I make payment? Do you accept Paypal?
A :: In short, you can make payment using banking transfers to my POSB Savings or OCBC Current account.

Q :: Can you send me items in stock first? rather than hold on till the shipment arrives?
A :: Definitely! There will be additional local mail charges involved for this arrangement. Charges will be quoted accordingly.

Q :: Can you please explain why I have to pay more when I choose Registered mail?
A :: Securing your orders with Registered Mail is a highly recommended option. In this case, the package will be weighed by the officer before being sent. Hence local mail charges will be cost slightly more.
In usual cases without registered mail, local mail charges are plainly estimated.

Q :: How long do I have to wait for my pre-orders?
A :: Approximately 2 to 3 weeks. Also subjected to USA Public Holidays — shipments will be slower when encountered with public holidays.

Q :: Has my pre-orders arrived?
A :: Please be rest assured that an email will be sent to you immediately on the same day when shipment arrives. It will also be the day where your orders will be sent out, unless otherwise informed. If you did not receive this email, it simply means shipment for your item has not arrived yet.

Q :: Please give me a date as to when will my item arrive.
A:: Unfortunately, we have no control over shipments and hence no date can be given.

Q :: Can you reserve this item for me till I make payment? / Can you reserve this item for me and I will pick up on XX day?
A :: All orders will ONLY be confirmed and reserved when accompanied by payment. Whenever you are ready to make payment at a later date, I will update you with the stock status again.

Q :: Do you provide bubble wrap?
A :: Standard bubble wrap packaging + envelope will be provided for free.
Extra bubble wrap can be requested at a small cost of 50 cents and PostPac Envelopes (those with bubble wrap lined inside) can be purchased at S$2.75.

Q :: An item broke during transit, can you replace it?
A :: I’m sorry for the mishap. All necessary precautions has been made to prevent breakage, however the mishandling of the orders during transit is not within our control.
Nail Vibe SG will not be responsible for any breakage during mail.

Q :: A pre-ordered item broke during shipment from US to SG, can you replace it?
A :: Yes, I will replace the item for you. However you need to give me time as I need to place a re-order for the broken item.

Q :: Can I meet you to pick up my orders?
A :: Due to my hectic schedule, coordination is tougher than it seems. Hence, meet ups are impossible. Everything will be via mail services.

A :: Enquiry emails that falls under this category will be attended to on a case-to-case basis.
An email would have already been sent to inform you that your items has been sent out, after which, delivery timeline is dependent on Singpost.

A :: Such special arrangements cannot be attended to as Singpost only provide normal mailing services and timing of delivery is unpredictable.

Hello! I am considering order some polish but am not sure of the shipping prices. For instance, it shows Singapore pricing but is that for shipping to the US as well? What do you charge for a bottle or two to the US?

we didnt, it’s just that there can be no mention of OPI products in the website
